Ingredients in the butter are the locally grown Santa Cruz cannabis and top-quality grade AA butter. You’re looking at about 10 mg per ¼ tsp according to their dosing guide.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Big Pete’s Cannabutter
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe (makes 12 THC cookies)

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
