- ½ cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Recipe (makes 12 THC cookies)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
