Do you carry the world on your shoulders? Are you guilty of tech neck? Look no further! Here are some stretches to alleviate neck and shoulder pain!

⁠YOGA POSE: PUPPY DOG AT THE WALL - UTTANA SHISHOSANA

  • Props: A wall
  • Main Points in Posture:
    • Stand with your knees slightly bent.
    • Push hands into the wall with your elbows slightly bent if you have a tendency to hyperextend.
    • Wrap your triceps down toward the ground, rolling your biceps up.
    • Shoulder blades firm down the back.
    • Pull the navel in and up toward the spine. Allow the backbend to be more in the upper back.
  • Stretches the spine, shoulders, upper back, arms and abs.
  • Expands your chest. It is a gentle backbend and can be slightly energizing.
