YOGA POSE: NECK SIDE TO SIDE

  • Props: None
  • Main Points in Posture:
    • Keep shoulders soft and sit up tall.
    • Go slow! Breathe slowly. Avoid forcing your neck to go in that direction. Breath length through the neck.
