YOGA POSE: UTKATASANA

- Main Points in Posture:
- Tight shoulders? Cactus your arms. If you have injuries on ankles or knees be super mindful of your alignment.
- Strengthens your entire spine, ankle, hip, shoulders, and of course, dat ass!
- Improves balance and stability.
- Keep toes light, heels heavy.
- 2nd toes and knees should be in one parallel line. Some instances allow for knees to be together, if that is the case, have big toes touching and heels slightly apart.
