I get it! Sometimes you don’t have a 420pm smoke break! But that doesn’t mean the opportunity just passed you by! You can still do these things in bed or by your bedside. 

YOGA POSE: SUPINE TWIST

  • Props: A folded blanket if need support between thighs or folded blanket at the hip
  • Main Points in Posture:
    • Shoulders wide and palms up. No limbs hanging in mid air please! Use supportive props here. Sure, it can feel like you’re getting a stretch, but it has more grounding effects if you have support underneath you.
    • Knees deep into chest. 
    • Use props to make sure that no limbs are floating in the air.
