YOGA POSE: SUPINE TWIST
- Props: A folded blanket if need support between thighs or folded blanket at the hip
- Main Points in Posture:
- Shoulders wide and palms up. No limbs hanging in mid air please! Use supportive props here. Sure, it can feel like you’re getting a stretch, but it has more grounding effects if you have support underneath you.
- Knees deep into chest.
- Use props to make sure that no limbs are floating in the air.
