- Main Points in Posture:
- Activates parasympathetic nervous system. Helps circulation and reduce swelling from lower extremities back to upper body. If there is only one pose that you are able to do, do this one.
- If your legs are restless, you can loop a strap or belt around the upper thighs.
- Your butt does not need to touch the wall. You can keep a soft bend to your knees if you need it.
